- Excessive stress and tension

- Decreased overall life satisfaction
- Relationship conflicts and social isolation
- Lower immunity and greater need for healthcare services
- Excessive use of medications, drugs, or alcohol
- Inability to concentrate
- Mood swings
- Loneliness
- Exhaustion

- Stooped posture
- Sweaty palms
- Tension headaches
- Neck pain
- Chronic back pain
- Chronic fatigue
- Weight gain or loss
- Problems with sleep
